The platform combines a public-facing website with a powerful administrative management system, allowing the organization to create campaigns, manage donations, publish events, coordinate volunteers, maintain organizational information, and monitor campaign activities through a centralized dashboard.
The Architectural Solution
We developed a modular NGO management platform consisting of a public website, administrative dashboard, campaign management system, donation workflows, event management, volunteer management, and content management capabilities—designed around reusable modules so new campaigns, programs, and workflows can be added without restructuring the platform.

Managing Multiple Business Modules
The platform combines campaigns, donations, volunteers, events, programs, and content in one system. A modular architecture was implemented so each business domain evolves cleanly while sharing core authentication, database, and media services.
Maintaining Relational Data Integrity
Entities such as campaigns, donors, donations, events, speakers, locations, and volunteers are interconnected. Using Prisma ORM with MySQL, we designed normalized relational schemas that preserve historical accuracy across every contribution and event.
Public Website + Admin Synchronization
Public visitors need a fast, accessible experience to explore campaigns, events, and donation flows, while administrators require dense management controls. Both interfaces operate seamlessly on the same underlying data model with strict security separation across Desktop, Laptop, Tablet, and Mobile devices.
