2. Engineering & Consulting Scope
All software development, consulting, and maintenance agreements are governed by individual Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between ZipeerTech and the client.
3. Intellectual Property
All proprietary code, architecture designs, and content created specifically for clients remain client property upon receipt of full contractual payment as defined in the project agreement. Website branding, logos, and materials on this website are property of ZipeerTech.
4. Limitation of Liability
ZipeerTech provides this website on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from website access or technical interruptions.
